Roadtrip!

A few uni friends and I took a roadtrip a while back and spent the day at Mandurah! :)

Despite not planning on what to do beforehand, we ended up doing alot of things and had a blast!

Anyways...photos!

Got dropped off at Tash's place before we got picked up by Beau and Nat! Lots of disney songs in the car along the way to Mandurah hahaha! Reached the foreshore around 10-ish to meet up with Jon, Justine and James!

Some of us didn't have breakfast yet so we stopped by at a small cafe first for coffees and food :)
Had a cappuccino (with a buttload of sugar)

Also gave the front cashier a buttload of change too HAHAHA ($20-30 worth)

Visited the sweetshop on the way to the ATMs before we headed over to the other side of the foreshore for minigolf!
Like most sports I suckeddd (either get a hole in one or take a billion shots for others)
Suprisingly at the end I came 4th hahaha!

There were also rides and stuff you find at a carnival around the place...super quiet place but still open hahaha (and run by older men in tattoos)! Tash, Justine and I went on the ferris wheel :)!

Tash and Justine also went on the bumper cars afterwards cause there was some kids who needed adult supervision to ride hahaha!

Also lots of air/table hockey that day too!

Headed back to the opposite side of the foreshore again for lunch at Cicerellos! Craving for more fish and chips! (Plus I also had fish and chips with Moo earlier on in the week hahaha!)

Icecream at Simmos! Tried the strawberry cheesecake flavour!

Justine and Jon headed back to Perth after icecream...the rest of us went for some bowling! I'm not really sure on how to bowl...I think I threw it the wrong way for the first game hahaha (and got lots of gutterballs!) But kinda got much better in the third game! :)
James beat us all again lololol (also in minigolf hahaha!). Also Nat always seemed to have 1 pin she couldn't knock down hahaha!

Headed back to Perth around 6pm...lots of songs in the car!

Went for rollerblading! It's quite a nice place hahaha! Lots of kids though :> (Place opens at 7pm)

Hope to have another trip like this in the near future :)!

Holiday art

Mid term holidays have ended and I really regret not drawing alot more...but have some new pieces to shareeee~

Shoddy pages with my OCs! I wanted to do one for each pairing (I generally group them into twos)....I started off with Teddy and Flame but I scrapped it :C
Here are the other ones though!

I think I need to practice my linework more...it's really thick :(

Sketched Mirelda on a piece of MDF but never got round to painting on it zzzzz

Did some experimental pieces on bristol board...it's a really nice surface to work on but markers absorb super quickly so I find it a bit harder to blend smoothly...however it feels really nice and much more sturdy than regular paper!

Practice with masking fluid but cause it dries clear....I-I can't really see what parts I'm masking off unless I hold it to the light lololol!
Also I'm super impatient with this stuff...I usually end up ripping the paper underneath :(

Pulling the fluid off is kinda fun (and annoying hahahaha)

Also dyed my hair yesterday! I was leaning towards going red again, but since there has been alot of people dying their hair red I chose purple hahaha! It's quite weird to have dark hair again :)
